DINK’D EATS LLC is a Georgia-organized holding company headquartered in Augusta. We design, launch, and operate consumer-facing food and beverage brands — starting locally and growing only when the brand earns it.

Each brand under our umbrella runs as its own operation with its own identity, customers, and promise. They share a parent that handles the parts that scale: brand systems, payments, customer support, vendor relationships, and the operational backbone that lets each brand stay focused on the thing it does best.

Today that means The Kitchen at Dink’d — a chef-driven restaurant operating inside Dink’d Pickleball — and two consumer brands in development. Tomorrow it could mean more, but only when the work demands it.

This Privacy Policy explains how DINK’D EATS LLC (“DINK’D EATS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the brands we operate — including Chicka Boom Chicken Co and Limón & Co. — collect, use, and protect information when you visit our websites, place an order, or otherwise interact with us.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, order details, and any information you choose to send us in a message or form. When you make a purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment information directly — we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, IP address, and how you interact with our website, in order to operate and improve our services.

How we use information

  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support;
  • To send you receipts, order confirmations, and service-related communications;

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), email and hosting providers, and delivery partners — and only to the extent they need it to perform their work for us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request that we delete it, by emailing hello@dinkdeats.com. If you reside in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws, you have additional rights under those laws and we will honor them.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, products, and services offered by DINK’D EATS LLC and the brands we operate, including Chicka Boom Chicken Co and Limón & Co. By using our services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

DINK’D EATS LLC is a Georgia limited liability company headquartered at 500 Furys Ferry Road, Suite 107, Martinez, Georgia 30907. We are the merchant of record for every sale, invoice, and transaction conducted under any brand we operate.

Orders, services, and pricing

Prices for our products and services are listed at the point of sale or quoted in writing for catering, services, and custom work. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order has been placed — in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of DINK’D EATS LLC. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the listed amount to your payment method. Customer card statements will display the brand purchased from (for example, “CHICKA BOOM” or “LIMON CO”) along with the DINK’D EATS parent entity where required by our processor.

Cancellations and refunds

Refund terms vary by brand and product type and are explained in detail in our Refund & Return Policy below.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our websites or services to: violate any law; infringe the rights of others; transmit harmful or fraudulent content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the operation of our services.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, brand names, photography, copy, and other content on our websites are owned by DINK’D EATS LLC or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DINK’D EATS LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall DINK’D EATS LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Columbia County or Richmond County, Georgia.

Refund & Return Policy

We want every customer of every DINK’D EATS brand to feel taken care of. This policy explains how refunds and returns work across our products. If your situation isn’t covered below, email hello@dinkdeats.com and we will work with you directly.

Food & beverage orders (Chicka Boom Chicken Co and Limón & Co.)

  • Order issues: If your order is incorrect, missing items, or has a quality issue, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we will replace the items, issue a credit, or refund the affected portion of your order at our discretion.
  • Cancellations: Standard pickup and delivery orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until the order enters preparation. Once preparation has started, cancellation is at our discretion.
  • No returns: For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept the physical return of prepared food or opened beverages.

Catering and events

  • Deposits: Catering deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days before the event date. Within 7 days, deposits are non-refundable, but we will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.
  • Final balances: Final balances are due no later than 48 hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refund.
  • Day-of issues: If something goes wrong on the day, contact the on-site lead immediately. We will make it right in real time wherever we can.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at hello@dinkdeats.com before filing a chargeback with your bank — in nearly every case, we can resolve the issue faster and more thoroughly than the dispute process.
